The certifications we hold and the markets we can supply.

We distribute AL-WAHA products under authorisation. Product compliance documentation is issued by the manufacturer, and what is available differs by model and by market — we will confirm the specifics for the specification you need before you order. Documentation that may apply depending on the product and destination: TPD for the European Union and the United Kingdom, covering tank capacity, nicotine strength limits and ingredient disclosure; and CE, RoHS and MSDS for the hardware itself. Regulation in this category differs in every market, and a number of countries prohibit the sale or import of these products outright. We ship only where import is permitted. If your market is closed we will tell you before you place an order, rather than let a shipment get seized at the border. Current focus markets: Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia, Africa and Latin America. Ask us about anywhere else and we will check before answering.
